We want members and visitors to enjoy a relaxing experience - however, we operate certain minimum dress code requirements.
Normal golfing attire is acceptable on the course and in the clubhouse. Golfers are, however, asked to change wet or dirty clothing after a round of golf before entering the bar and restaurant areas.
On the course
Yes to:
Smart tailored shorts or skorts
Ankle or full length socks of a predominantly single colour, with shorts
Golf shoes
Shirts and tops specifically designed for golf but shirts must be tucked into trousers
Sleeveless blouses for lady golfers
No to:
Trainers
Denim jeans
Other sports clothing (e.g. football, rugby, athletics or beachwear)
Cargo pants
Tracksuits
In the clubhouse
Yes to:
Smart casual wear is permitted throughout (including denim jeans)
Collared shirts can be worn outside of trousers only if designed to be worn that way
Sandals, including those that are designed to be worn without socks
Clean, smart trainers
No to:
Faded, bleached or ripped jeans
Beach-style flip-flops
No golf shoes of any type allowed in the lounge/dining room
Waterproofs
Other sports clothing (eg football, rugby, athletics or beachwear)
T Shirts or slogan shirts
Caps
Those events requiring more formal dress will include such information when the event is publicised.
General etiquette
Mobile phones must not be used for making calls in the clubhouse bar or restaurant areas - calls can be made and received in other areas of the clubhouse
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the clubhouse
